Ashley’s Favourite Restaurant

We all have our fav businesses. Those businesses you frequent so often that the staff probably know you by name. At Directwest, we thought it’d be fun to share the employee “favs to frequent”. Who knows, maybe you’ll find your next go-to!

For Product Consultant, Ashley Herchak, Las Palapas in Saskatoon is a restaurant you should know about.

What makes it so special?

First of all, if you like Mexican food, you’re sure to be pleased. Plus they’ve got so many customizable options – your gluten free and vegan friends will be ecstatic! I also love the loyalty rewards at Las Palapas. For every dollar you spend, you earn points on your membership card. Once you accumulate enough points, they’ll mail out an award certificate.

How did you find it?

My best friend Carley is from Saskatoon and so kindly introduced me to Las Palapas. We’re both foodies, so this place is a go-to pit stop when we’re visiting Saskatoon.

Why should others visit?

Sunday through to Thursday is $6 margaritas… need I say more?  Oh right, and the food is awesome, too! You feel like you’re being whisked away to a vacation destination with the tropical décor and the always friendly staff.

With all the reasons to check it out, we’re sure Ashley’s fav, Las Palapas, is soon to become your fav too!
