As we wrap up October, we’re well into Christmas craft show season. If you’ve missed some of the shows in October, fear not! November and early December are packed with many craft and tradeshows all around the province. Here is a list of some of our favourites:

Craft and trade shows like the ones listed above are important for several reasons. The vendors selling their goods are often small, local businesses or franchise owners who use these shows to generate revenue and bring awareness to their brands for future longevity. They also get to share their talent and unique artistry with fellow supporters.
The communities and organizations that host the shows continue a longstanding tradition of “closeness” and bring everyone together for the holiday season. Surrounding businesses can also benefit from the shows as attendees may require a hotel room or meal before/after the show.
Lastly, attendees of the shows are able to purchase unique items while supporting local. We encourage you to visit a couple craft or trade shows this fall and find a special treasure for yourself or as a gift.
