Getting Dressed When You’re Blessed: Finding Maternity Clothes in Saskatchewan

January 6, 2022

This year I became a grandma. As my daughter was going through her pregnancy, I found that a lot has changed since I needed to shop for my own maternity clothes. The shops I frequented are no longer there and we needed to go on a bit of a hunt to find new ones.

My daughter could find no end of things of interest online but being a first time mom, she didn’t know what she really needed, what she would like, and how things would fit. She was seeking an old-fashioned in store experience with the advice and support of an experienced Sales rep.

At first a Google search yielded lots of possibilities, but as we investigated more and more of them only sold a small selection of maternity wear as one of many other types of products in their store. The time we were investing to visit each of them, wasn’t paying off because of their small selections.

In the end, we tracked down the shops and things she needed, but not without effort. We’re sharing our findings to save time for anyone else facing the same exciting milestones this year:

Nine Maternity
Regina, SK

Baby Bump
Moose Jaw, SK

Cravings
Saskatoon, SK

Nico Lady & Baby
Regina, SK

Of course, this story is not over. When our little one arrived, we began the prowl for baby clothes. Stay tuned for part 2 of our adventure!
