In April 2018, Directwest launched its’ new brand. A clean, fresh new look with a strong conviction and purpose. This meant review of everything owned by Directwest, which of course included our consumer platform, Mysask411. Knowing it was important to closely align Mysask411 with Directwest, the Mysask411 team took steps to determine what they wanted to achieve during the visual transformation:
