The new year is quickly approaching! For many, this brings with it a renewed sense of optimism to finally make the positive changes we’ve been putting off all year. In fact, researchers estimate that 60 percent of us make New Year’s resolutions each year, but only 8 percent of us are successful in following through with them[1].
Our Marketing team decided to test this research. We each set a resolution for 2020 and in early February we’ll be checking in to see how many of us have been successful in achieving our goal!
Resolution: Practice guitar 2 hours/week
Resolution: Refrain from going on any digital devices 1 hour before bed
Resolution: Read more (goal of 6 books in 2020)
Resolution: Exercise 3-4 times/week
Resolution: Complete the “60 day no buy” challenge
Make sure to check back in February to see who achieved their resolution and who will be setting the goal again next year 😉.
