Description

Sun Country Health Region (SCHR) provides health care services to 57,000 people in southeast Saskatchewan. Three First Nations communities are located within the boundaries of SCHR: Ocean Man, Pheasant Rump & White Bear First Nations.

The Region operates 28 long term care & hospital facilities as well as 38 public health programs like home care, physiotherapy, public & mental health services. Our goal is to build a province of healthy people by providing education about healthy physical & psychological living, immunization to keep people well, clinics to assist people with chronic illness, hospital & emergency care, long term care & compassionate palliative care.
