You might be wondering, how are phone numbers added to Mysask411?

SaskTel landline customers receive a free listing on Mysask411. Since they’re the largest phone-service provider in the province of Saskatchewan, we’re able to collect a lot of phone numbers! However, SaskTel isn’t the only service provider in the province; there are more than a dozen others. Although we encourage all phone numbers to be listed in our database, we don’t always receive the information.

Unlike landlines, cell numbers aren’t added to Mysask411 unless the user opts in when the phone is set up with the provider.
