Description
The Army, Navy & Air Force Veterans is Canada's oldest veterans' association with headquarters situated in Ottawa. There are seven provincial commands, with the Saskatchewan headquarters being located in Moose Jaw. Our organization has officially been in operation since 1840 though its origin dates back to as early as the 1700's.
The ANAVETS aim to increase public awareness and influence of veterans. This is achieved through our strong interactivity within the community and the many social activities we help organize. This includes our parades, licensed lounges, clubs, sports teams, volunteer work, scholarships and more! We hope to support the community around us while having fun doing so!
