Susan utilizes a combination of modalities such as body-mind, cognitive, behavioral & emotion focused. She is a certified practitioner in Somatic Experiencing®, SE is naturalistic, body-based approach to understand & resolve systems of stress & trauma.

Daytime, some evenings & e-counselling appointments are available. Complimentary 30 minute consultation is offered.
