The Region is responsible for a complete range of health services in the areas of acute care, long term care, home care, mental health, addictions, public health services, primary health care & ambulance services. Services are provided throughout the Region among 11 facilities, 3 affiliated agencies & several Health Care Organizations & personal care homes.

Facilities & agencies are located in Assiniboia, Central Butte, Craik, Gravelbourg, Kincaid, Lafleche, Moose Jaw, Mossbank, Rockglen & Willow Bunch.
