Description

I am a pre-purchase or pre-sale residential professional home inspector. I am a journeyman carpenter with over 20 years residential construction and renovations experience. I have 14 years home inspections experience having inspected approx. 4500 homes. My expertise includes foundations, grading, framing and structure, all exterior finish, doors and windows, roofing, insulation and moisture and vapor barriers, dry walling, interior finish, plumbing, electrical, and ventilation. My experience involves the housing construction from eras ranging from the early 1900's to modern built homes.
