We provide counseling, therapy, and insight to children, teens, adults, and seniors. At Cadence, we believe in collaborating with our clients to pursue their desired outcome. Whether our clients' goal is to find resources in facing major life transitions, addressing anxiety, work through an interpersonal/family conflict, or stop problematic behaviour(s), we can help. Often, the most difficult part of getting started is making the initial phone call, booking an appointment, and arriving to that first session. We commend you for your bravery and strength.
