Alcon Plastics Corporation is located in Saskatoon at 200 60th Street East. We manufacture, process and produce large plastic items using a roto-molding process. Some of our products include custom boat protectors for boat trailers and other plastic products.

Roto-molding is a process that begins with filling a hollow mold with a pre-determined quantity of polyethylene resin. It is heated at high temperatures and rotated slowly. After the melting and timing has been completed accurately, the mold is cooled and shaped to make your custom protectors.
